What wattage bulbs do your lights use?
All of our candelabra lights are designed for use with 40watt bulbs, and our standard sockets take 60watt bulbs. We are not responsible for any damage cause by using the wrong type of bulb.
How many different finishes do you have?
When it comes to finishes the possibilities are almost limitless. In some cases we will do custom finishes on request. We currently have 5 wood finishes including Black over Barn, Black Rub, Buttermilk, Mustard, and Pumpkin Spice. We also have 4 tin finishes: Antique Tin, Barn Red, Buttermilk, and Mustard.
Do your chandeliers come with hardware to mount them?
All of our products are shipped with the necessary hardware to hang or mount them. Products with numbers below 100 come with chain hangings, while all product numbers 100 and above come with hooks; however, you can specify which you would like when you order.
Does Katie's Lighthouse accept special orders?
Under normal circumstances, Katie's Lighthouse will do just about anything you ask when it comes to special orders. The final call is made by the owner, Richard Lavy. They only way to find out if we'll make what you have in mind is to call us at 419-222-4520. Due to the tremendous amount of sales at this year's craft show, all special ordering is on hold for the time being.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Just like special orders, the arrival time of your product also varies depending on how busy we are. The current average wait is 4-5 weeks.
