The prospective customer understands that by clicking "Accept" they are submitting their information for review, and are not guaranteed the status of dealer on that basis.
Confirmation of Information Supplied
Prior to being approved, the prospective dealer will be required to supply a minimum of two (2) pictures of the interior of their store and one (1) picture of the exterior of their store. This rule applies to everyone without a website. The prospective dealer affirms that all of the information supplied is accurate to the best of their knowledge. Further, they confirm that they are in fact a retail dealer with a legitimate Federal or State tax number. Katie's Light House does not sell directly to individuals.
Prices Subject to Change
All prices shown on this website are subject to change without warning.
First Orders
New dealers are required to place an order totaling at least $150.00
Return Policy
Items may not be returned for any reason save for flaws in workmanship or errors in filling the order. In the first case, Katie's Light House, LLC will replace the defective product, free of charge, assuming responsibility for costs incurred through the agreed shipping method. In the second, Katie's Light House will accept the return of items not included in the original order invoice or ship items included int he original invoice but missing in the order received, assumning responsibility for shipping costs incurred through the agreed shipping method.
Minimum Mark-up
Katie's Light House, LLC requires a minimum resale mark-up of 75% of the wholesale price. This includes products being sold on Ebay and any other third party electronic auction website.
Privacy Policy
All of the information transmitted to Katie's Light House, LLC through any means whatsoever is kept completely private. Under no circumstances will Katie's Light House give away any dealer information to third parties. Katie's Light House, LLC frowns on junk mail as much as the dealer does.
